Domain Broker Agreement ?

Does anybody have a copy of a domain broker agreement script or know how i could acquire one without having the expense of hiring a solicitor.

Not seen a broker agreement about , I have one I used previously but more memo of understanding.

Becareful on letting docs in the wild, there are digital theives about who nick and resell them without permission - usual suspects really when you see their track record ;-)

You see i have been asked to sell a domain for a liquidator and i need to cover my back if he sells the thing of his own back thus cutting me out of the commission....

anyone got any ideas or a simple script that would cover my back.

just draft one yourself and ask the client to sign. if client is not so legalistic, he'll probably sign it right away after a few questions. If not, he'll refer to his attorney and come back wit a revised contract with your conditions still in tact. maybe you should try it. this is what i do to protect both parties interest not just mine. it's also one of way of telling the client you're serious in your business.
