Domain Name not transferred

A bought a domain name through sedo.

Sedo released my monies to the seller even though the name hadn't been transferred!

Whats more sedo haveven't made measurable steps to rectify the situation...I bought it months ago!!!

Lets not forget sedo are still earning revenue on it...its parked!!!

Can I DRS the owner?

Authority to release payment wasnt given....the only reason I have posted is to get them to pull the strings....if the seller isn't responding they should enforce my rights...maybe they should pay for my drs??

I have one domain I was paid out on I pushed the domain .... the transfer code keeps on coming to me lol doh!

it works both ways, I sold domain, sedo paid me after paperwork, then new owner went and regd. domain in my name, I sent emails [2] recorded delv. letter [1], all ignored, it's still in my name, just waiting till he goes to renew...z
