Not much traffic to speak of, however no time or effort has been put in to the site. A few affiliate sales and adsense earnings have been acheived. With a little work, I'm sure someone could produce some regular traffic and earnings.
I will also add the new owners details to the google analytics / adsense account for this domain - The adsense account currently has £18.24 in it.
Upon receipt of payment, I will give the buyer the ftp details to take the content if required.
Then I will arrange for the domain to be transfered. If the buyer arranges for hosting through 1 & 1 internet, should be able to transfer for free. However buyer to pay transfer fees if applicable.
It's got to go, or will have to be dropped shortly - which would be a shame.
