One thing that makes me slightly wary of DL is that there is no way for me to tell bidders that I am VAT registered and that they will be getting a VAT invoice (if they want one).
Can you check that for auctions as well? You can actually see the VAT status of the seller on Sedo - its in the "Meet the seller" section on the auction page. Thats what I suggested to Denys - that he provide the same info.
Agree about the appalling Sedo commission calcs!

I see a "VAT registered?" section is now on each auction page
The final auction price is VAT inclusive if you're going to charge it.The two choices are "My prices are VAT inclusive" and "VAT is not applicable to me". However, there really needs to be a third choice: "VAT payable on asking price (if applicable)" since that depends very much on where the purchaser is and who they are (e.g. if they're outside the EU you don't charge them VAT even if you're VAT-registered . If they're EU based but outside the UK, it depends on whether they're an individual, a VAT-registered EU firm or a non-VAT registered EU firm. And so on...)
