Free Virtual Servers is owned and operated by Acorn Domainers. We're small enough to treat our users like people yet big enough to have economies of scale on our side.
We do fast and stable shared hosting and have a Pro package comparable to DM at a slightly cheaper price, too - see http://www.freevirtualservers.com/large_hosting.html - you can always try us on a monthly basis before switching to a longer term to save money. There are no long term contracts to tie you in, either.
We also provide fast and stable server hosting for Acorn Domains itself
