Domains with stop words in them?

I know from the log files on one of my sites that a lot of searches for three and four word phrases include stop words like 'a' or 'my' etc.

I wanted feedback on whether people think that domains with stop words will rank better than the same phrase without the stop word. For example (and I don't own these) sellacar.co.uk and sellmycar.co.uk versus sellcar.co.uk.

Anyone got any advice/experience in this area?

IMO the domain name is just one of a multitude of factors that result in ranking, good or bad.

It's more important to think of the end user. You need a memorable domain name and one that makes sense. For me sellmycar.co.uk is far better than sellcar.co.uk.
