Hi,

Is anyone knows anything about domainwatchlist.co.uk?
I have booked a few domain catch service with them. They already caught programtv.co.uk, after they informed me in an email. I Paid for it through bank transfer but i haven't heard from them since. I've sent many emails and i also tried to call them through another website which they also own. The company name is : Acorn Internet Services LLP and there is another website : http://www.acorninternet.co.uk/. There's a number on that but also doesn't work.

No, it's not a scam, it's run by Bens who's a trusted member here, I and others here use his site regularly for booking catches, and a very good service it is.

Thanks that's a great news. I just don't understand that why can't i contact them. I tried through both of the websites (domainwatchlist.co.uk ; www.acorninternet.co.uk) many times during the week. Also says: Domain Watchlist™ is a brand of Domain Group™ the .uk domain specialists. For more information about Domain Group™ and it's members, please visit www.domaingroup.co.uk. I did visit but is nothing there. On one of the website there's a number: 0845 621 9900. I tried to call that many times but it takes you to another number which is some kind of 0871 number, which is a weird company who tries to help you find another number for them and after 5 minutes wait they can't. I just simply tried everything to get in touch after making the payment. But thanks anyway... I'll keep trying.

How long have you been trying? He might be away. Give it some time, hell get back to you soon enough. Don't worry, If he caught the domain for you, its yours.

Just to echo whats been said, they offer one of the best catching services and I've never had any problems using them.

Ok thank you. Now that i know you guys also used this service, i'm not worried.
Just nowadays you can't be careful enough. If you pay for something and there's no reply or any action for a week you start thinking the worst. But i'm sure they do a great service, specially as they already caught 2 domains for me. Thanks for all the info...

Anyone who reads this thread, I have received a more than excellent service from Ben and Domainwatchlist.co.uk. I'm not sure what caused the complications but I do apologise if I offended anyone.
