Today I was crossing a pedestrian crossing which clearly had the green man on show however a double decker bus decided to drive through now as I got to the middle of the road the back of the bus was near me so in I kicked it and in under 1 second I went from standing to lying flat looking at the tarmac

I was on the phone at the time and managed to keep hold of it :p

My right leg and arm and lower back all hurt and I got cuts and grazes on my hand.

So remember DON'T kick the bus, especially a moving double decker ;)

Blimey, glad you're OK though. :) That could have been much worse.

Appalling driving from the bus driver.

Did you get the reg/bus no to report them?

Any witnesses? I'd certainly be reporting it to the Police too, etc. It's drivers like that who could kill someone.

any shops near? maybe one with cctv caught it?
report to old bill and get them to do some legwork

Thanks for the replies, I am going to the police station in the morning and my doctors, need him to check my knee :(

Definitely reporting him though

Not good, I hope the pain goes quickly. Do you remember the bus company etc? It shouldn't be too difficult to find out who they were if you have the time. The bus may even have outward facing CCTV.

Okay, so I know to never kick a moving bus - what about train?

Kicking a train would get you to your destination, it would send you flying far enough ;)
