Dot Com Redemption Period

When a .com shows the above, does it cost £200 to get back or is it normal fees? is it cheaper somewhere else? I've searched around a bit but can't seem to find anything on their (ICANNT's) muddle of a website.

There will be a much higher fee $150=$200
depends on registrar, ie: http://domreg.indosite.com/redemption_period.html
can only be renewed at original registrar for another year, that fee is extra !
