Looks like they've transferrred to another company owned by the same parent and wiped out remaining years on domains.

I held all my .com domains with Dot Register. They moved all my domains to mydomain.com without notification. They then converted my DRY balance to a credit on account based on the pro-rata rate I paid for the DRYs. For me the new pricing to renew each domain has now risen by 25%. The value of the credit on file with mydomain.com is worth less in domain renewal terms. They have started billing my auto-renewals at individual rates (i.e. most expensive cost to me) with single transactions which also increases my banking costs (and ultimately accountancy costs are affected too). I have been dealing with their customer services and they won't budge an inch. They have acknowledged the account credit system was put together in a hurry. It is also not possible to use the residual balance in full, so if you have a balance under $8.95 you can't put it towards anything. They have short-changed me and they know it. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction or fair dealing.

Please can someone help me find a new registrar. I want to move all my domains away from this company. Please let me know about the $price you pay for renewals. I'd appreciate some help. Looking around the best deal I can find so far is GoDaddy.

Have a look at Fxdomains it is whitelable version of Goddady (i.e. same control panel and everything) but about 20% cheaper for new registrations & transfer ins !
