Drop help.

New to domaining, yet been made aware a quite nice niche domain is expiring towards the end of the month and wont be renewed.

What companies would people recommend to grab the drop with? Or tactics? Or any help in general.

Btw I dont want to give the domain away, I think its quite good.

Great link and thanks a lot, I should really have done a bit more of an indepth search

Going to play around with domaining and catching for a bit, and will write down my experience to help others.

just leave it alone, you have less than 1% chance

you will become frustrated ,just wait until it has dropped and then approach the person who caught it and offer them the asking price.

my advice would be try and contact the firm who currently hold the registration and see if you can contact an ex director or someone who had leverage and try and pursued them.

I would suggest opening an account at caught.co.uk and see if it's booked already. If it's a good name, it probably will be.
