Drop Time?

Sorry if this is a rather dumb and basic question, but what time of day does Nominet drop the domains?

I've subscribed to a list of dropping domains, but keep finding that domains that are listed as dropping today are still not available (and no they haven't been snapped up by anyone else yet)
