Droplists

I know nominet seem to have varying opinions on legality but how does a tagholder stand in publishing free droplists every day with regards to their tag and nominet's agreement? Anyone have any experience? The last time I 'linked' to a guy publishing UK droplists another tagholder managed to get my DAC access suspended for 6 months so just wondering what your experiences of this have been.

According to the T&C's you can only list an extract of 1000 domains at once from Nominet's data, however, I'm guessing that they rely on tip off to police it.

Not sure why someone would want to publish free lists though

Domainlore give free lists (up to 5 days in advance if I'm not mistaken) to members. Membership is free.
Guess it's who you are.

Domainlore offering that service for free defo gets the repeat visitors which in turn, gets more viewers for their auctions. Works well
