Just been comparing our stats for the last week and it seems that internet UK has also gone on holiday in this great weather.

Page impressions down 34% and visits down 29%.

Whilst we know it's down to the shift from weeks of rain to tropical warmth it'd make us feel better if we knew we're not on our own.

So, anyone else want share their hit?

My income from sites has been hit by a reduction of 75% :(

But people will come inside once they are all burnt and red! :D

A few of my sites are down. I should really be working on sites for sun cream / after sun but by the time i have finished them they will be gone :(

Always the same trends here ecommerce wise when the sun's out.

More sales in the evening and hardly none in the day. On a 'normal' day it's spread evenly throughout the day.

Rather than surf the net ppl are too busy drinking :) Brits drink more alcohol when sun shines, new survey finds[/URL]

I'm seeing (comparatively) loads of people booking UK hotel rooms, especially short-term bookings i.e. for the next couple of weeks or so. Perhaps the sunshine is letting people hope that there will be a hot "local" summer for them to enjoy...

fear not. The good old Uk weather will help your revenues back up. Why not take the hint and step away from the laptop yourself and enjoy it ;)
