DRS classic:-

'It is difficult to avoid the conclusion that the domain name has been used in a manner which took unfair advantage of the Complainant’s rights. At the very least, the Complainant has established a prima facie case that deserves an answer. In the absence of an answer, the complaint about the character of the registration must succeed.'

Oh well

Which case is that taken from?

Ta

I was going to ask that but going by the presumptions and the "deserved an answer" instead of dealing with facts in front of them, it doesn't matter if there's a reply or not. No reply so it must succeed... why? surely it should succeed on its own merits given the evidence in front of the person judging?

Lets forget DRS, lets forget bothering with an "expert" lets just hand the domain back to.........You have not yet heard the worst case of unilateral and grossly unfair Nominet actions, YET ,but I am sure that in due course it will become public ,but not yet awhile as it will be heading for the Courts first of that I am certain.

I might be imagining things but I am sure there was another thread from back in the day regarding virgintv ... unless it has gone walkies!

Let me help you

Ok Let me help you.....Jay has now kindly put right the search facility on the Nominet website i.e. the results are no longer truncated at 50 results (therefore not restricting your ability to understand your three million word contract).

But becareful as I repeated a search today for 'generic domain name' in order to find a definition by any expert on what is deemed (under the DRS) to be generic given that the expert Steve Ormand said it wasn't abusive to sell generic domain names....the repeated search under 'generic domain name' brought back 55 pages of results which by my calcualtions is about 2 million words.

So...given I can't remember which of the DRS cases I took the quote from I need your help to search the archive using the amazing search facility....trying using the words within the quote to find the DRS case

PS: Jay the results still show truncated as 50 even though the results showed 2000+ entries
