    Happy New Year everyone;

I am looking to hire the services of a DRS expert to deal with a particularly troubling Domain name case.

    PM please.

    Thanks

    Thanks

Thanks to everyone whose made a recommendation.

Many have asked which website this is concerning, and as it will be public knowledge tomorrow, here are the details.

This is DCM Holdings (Optical Express) V Sasha Rodoy (Optical Express Ruined My Life)

For everyone that's interested, the case number is: D00013417
It's not been published yet by Nominet.

I would imagine it will be up tomorrow.

From snooping around that site (as well as similar other sites targeting other eye laser places) is seems like a front to generate leads to a claims service.

    Apparently the Respondent won.

Am mystified as to why Safeserps was seeking legal counsel? I get it now safeserps.com/#clients

opticalexpressruinedmylife site links on the homepage to mybeautifuleyes.co.uk (also owned by her)

Which has an advertisement on it at the bottom of it

Same woman also seemingly runs optimaxruinedmylife.com

Seems like she probably funnels people from the "ruined my life sites" to earn money from the claim company.

Edit> oh she also has ultralaseruinedmylife.co.uk, seems like she has one for everyone/anyone who does laser eye surgery

Thanks. It could be genuine non commercial referring? Hard to prove that payments are taking place? I endorsed Adam Taylor in this thread without financial gain.

Optical Express first filed a DRS 15/08/2012, it went to a full decision but the remedy was no action. It's case D00011271 (search it here). It seems that they filed a second DRS recently and we are waiting for the outcome although, according to the Facebook link above, the remedy is also no action.

Has your client ever sat down with these people that have genuine gripes? Attempting to gag sites (one after the other) seems futile, the underlying issues will still exist.

The second DRS decision has been published and is another "no action". It's decision number D00013417 and dated 02/01/2014. Search it from the same link detailed in post #13 of this thread.
