I want to contact loads of property companies with a preference for the rental market.

I am trying to sell a nice domain name and want to make them aware of my listing on Sedo in the hope that they go there and make an offer on my name.

Don't want my e-mails landing in the spam box

Should i contact individually ?

The name if you like is EXECUTIVEFLATS.COM

If somebody wants to market this in return for commission ?

I have put a minimum offer of £500 on this.

Id email individually. Those bought lists are a load of crap. I don't think it's a good time to sell it, why not develop it out?

Could develop it maybe, probably would just hang on to it for a bit if no interest from end users ?

I am .com blind. Did some research on the term and it's OK not used massively it seems. I'll sell you the .co.uk if you want to make an offer...

When selling you could mention that you can obtain the .com if required and i could do likewise for the .co.uk
