Easiest way to change Contact Info on lots of domains

Hi All,

I have over hundred domain names, half of these have the wrong contact info on them due to moving home. What is the easiest way to update these in bulk. Is it best to do it via the nominet website or my registrar (1and1).

If you have access to Nominet's online service and the names are in the same account, changing contact details is very easy. Never used 1&1, but look in your control panel to see what is possible.

Hi, I logged in to nominets online service, and the only way I could find to change the contact details, where to view my list of domains and then edit each domains contact details separately, which will take all day. I want to change them all at once if possible.

Anyone got any ideas?

I've even logged in to 1and1 and checked my address details on my account and that is the correct address, yet when I registered a domain the other day, it is showing my old address for some reason.

Web Domain Manager > Manage Contacts > Edit Contact. I did it to update my details on all my domains at once so it is possible.

Hi, Is this on nominet?

When I login at secure.nominet.org.uk I only have the options "Your Domains" and "Dispute Resolution Service", and under "Your Domains" there is no option to edit all contact details at once.

Ah right sorry thought you were a registrar. Well who are the domains registered with?

What is wrong with the contact information exactly? Different Registrant names? Different addresses? Different email addresses? Details please...

Telephone number and address is incorrect on majority of domains. I'm thinking if nominet need to check my identity it has my old contact details on. Its just going to be a pain amending each one individually for over 100 domains. They are all on the same email/nominet account.

Ring Nominet they are usually very helpful in updating contact info

dump 1&1, get your own tag.

Just do a transfer of all your domains. £12 is a bit much but if it's time critical with nom now shut. It will do it in minutes.
