We have...
An Atomiser they can be bought or you can actually make your own..
A Battery
E-liquid that is made from Vegetable Glycerin + Propylene Glycol + Favourings
All or any of these things are totally impossible to ban
The worst they could do a try to stop the selling of the ready made juice/liquid... But so many people nowadays make there own..

at the moment it looks like it will be no bigger than a 2ml tamper proof tank where by you cant change the atomiser, no higher than 20mg nicotine, 10ml bottles of eliquid. pretty much the only way around all this is to have a mechanical mod (metal tube aka: "the pipe bomb") to put your battery in and a dripper to build your own coils on. (what would happen if a copper caught you using it is unclear)
Juice is all good as its just the pg/vg, flavourings and nicotine that are easily available but for companies to be able to sell its a huge expense
It all totally sucks, regulation is definitely needed but not quite to the extent the EU are going for.
On a good note they are now available on prescription (even if it is the Evoke that is owned by British american tobacco)

EU regulations on the sale of a cabbage - 26,911 Words Long!!!
I know how I will be voting and yea been vaping for a few years now.
I use a box mod with a kangertech tank. You ?
I don't think the law will pass as its not really enforceable and vaping is just too widespread, its not going to go away any time soon. But I guess they can try if they want too but they will have one massive fight/headache on there hands
And with 2.6 million people in the UK vaping that's a lot of votes and all the hardcore vapers I know of are very passionate about it.
