Green, eco etc lull in the market atm governments taken away major incentives (reality of much of it not being viable) When finances are tight people tend to think of it less? Investors are not fighting for a presence and those that are want it to say “A “ not sort of, could be or imply etc “A” could see some tree hugger, mother earth nut liking it but finding them with cash to spare that want a web presence is not going to be easy?

Think the exhibition center’s would love it to be so hence “eco” site (probably some bright spark thinking along the lines of the o2 Branding) Hard when they’ve been known as “earls court” and “Olympia” for such along time bit like renaming the wheel ?

Never heard about them till today! I am a country person who lets the Londoners be!

Potential value there but not an easy sell. Sitting on the fence a bit with that I know but I can see uses and it is worth holding.
