Just a kind warning. As I currently print off all e-mail correspondence regarding this DRS and before it began, it really sets in that I could have deleted possible future evidence, evidence which can argue the complainant's accusations and presumptions out of sight - in my view.

So if you ever have any conversation by e-mail regarding any of your domains or related to your domains or carry out research, keep an electronic copy and print it out and keep for at least seven years somewhere safe.

You never know when you might need it. I certainly won't be as quick to delete any correspondence regarding anything in the future and would hope I haven't done so to date. It's probably one reason I have over 10,000 e-mails still undeleted... although I do clean out the spam weekly and other rubbish at least once a year.

Cheers
Lee
