Emailing end users

Evening All,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm looking for a big of advice in what makes good email when contacting potential end users with a domain.

What sort of things should be included / not included.

Do i keep it short and sweet?
do i tell them a price or ask them to make an offer?

Any help and advice would be great.

My past experience is asking to make an offer rarely works as people don't want to commit to a response to be told you want stupid prices, where as if you list your asking price they can instantly decide if its something they are interested in.
