Hi all,
Okay, have the domain Equity Mortgage .or .uk (all one word).
On Page one of Google for "high equity mortgages" and "high equity mortgage"
page two for "equity mortgage"
Page four for "home release plan"
Considering that it is only on one of my custom parking pages, it will be easier to get it on page one with some more content and some SEO.
Buyer will get the two pages of content and logo if they want.
Monthly uniques are low, Jan was 66.
It's been online since October 2010.
Buyer to pay VAT on agreed price, plus Nominet fee.
Not in a particular hurry to sell, or to keep this domain - so looking for a fair offer.
