As the resident shed expert, do you know if you need planning permission for one of those gigantic Scandinavian log cabins/sheds that one can buy for upto £10k?

It seems that no planning permision is needed upto 15 square metres if constructed out of combustible material, or upto 30 square metres for non-combustible materials which obviously rules out log cabins.
