Interested in value for fantasy-racing.co.uk . This site was previously developed with 200-300 active users, but now just parked (passively for some while).

my brother owns it and has asked me to get an idea for him as he is overseas

alternatively - the two generics in the title look quite strong (for different reasons) so should I be suggesting he just parks it more agreesively
