I've listed this as a domain name only for sale as I'm not renewing the script licence that currently runs the site as it's too complicated for end users unfortunately. Therefore a sale doesn't include any of the current site files, template, script, etc, just the domain name.

The name is currently sitting in Google.co.uk page 1 (ranked 4th) for the term "fetes" and the site has around 80-90 UVs per day at the moment. Been going for around 5 months, no income of significance to note at the moment though.

Current Page Rank is 3.

I had intended to redevelop the site and make more user friendly, but simply haven't got the time at the moment. This is an excellent time of year to take over the domain and redevelop, taking advantage of the ranking as fetes, festivals, events etc are really taking off now.

I'm looking for reasonable mid £XXX offers as a minimum and happy to sell at a fair price.
