Is there anything to worry about when using financial affiliates.

E.g. If you are putting mortgages, loans, insurance, credit cards, shares etc... on a site, do you need FSA authorisation?
I should know this having passed numerous fsa exams

As long as you stick to the merchants creatives you will be ok. Things to be careful, when you do write ups on offers that have expired or host banners etc on your server that have expired offers.

Before the changes alot of affiliates would collect names and addys and process them of to as many merchants as they liked.. so one lead could in fact be ten for them. Nice easy earner but you cant do that now :(

Yes - just to re-iterate that. The FSA regulations apply if you give advice. You can offer a selection of products, but you cannot make the distinction of one provider over an other. Of course howing vital stats such as % rate is fine - but the user must make the comparison.

No wonder

Aqua you wrote 'Before the changes alot of affiliates would collect names and addys and process them of to as many merchants as they liked.. so one lead could in fact be ten for them. Nice easy earner but you cant do that now'

No wonder we found our leads to be over used and hard to convert.....thanks!!!
