It's got 18 characters in it before the .com which is very long. Also Americans call them apartments of course and even in trendy places in the UK they have been called apartments for the last few years: they almost always say something like "luxury apartments for sale". Flats sounds downmarket (though being the pleb. that I am that's what I call 'em).

It's a .com which is a plus, but I'm afraid I wouldn't put much value on it.

See if similar but shorter domain names with 'apartments' or 'homes' are available and register those.

Only got plural of 'apartments' as higher returns and more flexible than singular...

As far as sites go, I haven't had time to look yet...

Just noticed houses, homes, cars etc, etc had gone so began to play on words and quickly hit on land...
