Sorry buddy but in cases such as these (popular european flights) I think that Ryanair and EasyJet already have them tied up.

I dont think there is anything to be gain from developing sites around these titles.

Looks good overall. Personally I'd go for a more evocative photo in the header - maybe a pic of Menorca beaches, or something like that. Something that reminds people why they want to fly to Menorca
