For sale: clark .co.uk

Hi All,

Another sanity check: I'm selling clark .co.uk and have an end-user buyer interested at the £7k + VAT mark.

Sound right? Or is anyone else interested for more?

If we end up with a bunch of people interested - I want to make a decision on this by Weds 2000hrs. Let me know if you think I'm wide of the mark on the pricing.

Drop Arnold Clark an email and let them know its free before you sell, they are a big, big car dealer.

Although saying that they let a prenom - arnold.co.uk - go recently.

Risk

Firestars, isn´t he going to risk losing his domain name if he drops arnold clark an email advertising it for sale? I would say that could invite a reverse hijack. Creature.

Not in this I wouldnt think so.

Clark is a very popular surname. If the email was worded correctly then all would be above board.

Trying telling that to folks on nom-steer. They seem to think parking a domain and offering it for sale are grounds for abusive registration

There currently telling me I cant own black-cat.co.uk because its parked and for sale

Ive stopped paying attention to Nom-Steer, they have been driving me mad for years.

However in this case I think they are quite correct as I wanted black-cat.co.uk and I think you should release it. (or forward the emails sent to lyndsey as she is my ex and used to work there

Re clark.co.uk, I think £7k is a "more than reasonable" price - bite their frikkin hand off

Forget Arnold Clark

They let Arnold.co.uk drop last year - I must have sent them 20 letters and numerous emails trying to buy it... didn't get one responce

It was obvious they weren't bovered

£7000 plus vat is a mega offer - I'd deal
