I am looking to sell this domain name and would like an appraisal too.

onestopguide.co.uk (ONE STOP GUIDE .co.uk) 3,000 hits this month from just 2 referrers.

One Stop guide has over 300,000,000 google results. I haven't started marketing the domain name yet, so any information on how to do this and what market to aim for would also be greatley appreciated. I have an idea of how much I am thinking of selling for, but an appraisal for now would be good. Cheers.
