Though I agree with the decisions (this time
) it is quiet interesting to note that the Respondent in each case is not in the UK and did not reply.
I think I know the "italian" guy (one of my customers) and he can hardly speak english.
I wonder if the guy in "Beirut" even has a internet connection at the moment?
How are these people expected to read/understand the DRS? or does Nominet expect them to "get an english ip lawyer" or simply "you play by our rules if you register a UK domain".
