Wanted: Service Forum design help needed

Looking for someone to help me mod phpBB to include adsense and banners. Together will finding a simple way to change colour schemes between sites, so there may be some graphic work involved.

Anyone who could help modify the template to include these could you get in touch. Money ready, project ready to go.
