Introduction Forum rules?

I am looking for forum rules but I can't find.. .. is there any?

@ Webtoolkeeper, on the forum index page, look to the right of the page near the top, you will see a box titled, site navigation, in there are loads of links, one of which is the forum rules, direct link here:
