On the line of appraisal, the income from such sites is tiny, I run 2 of them, one clean family one, and 1 adult one, and he revenue is nothing compared to bandwidth and disk space.

This is just from the current active files, doesnt include deleted files or anything else, so look at the hosting costs.
I would try and sell this as a domain name, rather than developing it.
Maybe install the software and sell it as a 'ready to rock' host

Thanks for the reply. I do have a website already but took it down (it had no customers so I thought I'd just leave it as a holding page)
I would include the website in a sale if it increased the value, so I should probably put it back up again if anyone's interested in it.
I've decided not to develop it but I do think the domain could be quite valuable to the right person.
