Franchising subdomains

Hi,

Does anybody know if selling a franchise based on a territory on a sub domain is ok with Nominet rules?

The franchise contract would explicitly say the franchise includes use of the subdomain but no other rights such ownership, etc.

Any advice knowledge would be great

Why not ask Nominet directly and get the definitive answer?
