Age: 12 Months or so.
One page site, that ranked #2 for 'free photo prints' now varies between 3rd and 4th. Site is about 12-18 months old, only have stats for last 4 months due to hosting change.

Nov 2008 : 274

80% from main keyword, picks up bit from other keywords.
Rev:
Merchant 1 : £283.90
Merchant 2: £257.45
Merchant 3: £67
Merchant 4: £40.50
Merchant 5: £112
Merchant 6: Estimate as cant access stats atm, £50-£250
Total: £900-£1100
No PPC costs or anything done.
The site makes pure profit apart from hosting costs, which cost me probs about 10p a month. Ive never spent time on it apart from making it, about 30 mins, and updating it every once in a while, 2 mins a time.
If someone took bit of time on it and added some content, pages, get some inbound links etc then could get #1 and then imagine the money
