Free Uk Maps for Website

Does anyone know where i can get a map like the one in the link below. I have had a look on google but i can only find a site which is gonna charge £150 which i dont have. If anyone can shove me in the right direction i would be grateful. If possible i would like to replicate exactly what is on the link. Thanks.

iv got a great one i can send you but its on my old pc so i will get it out later. you will need to be able to edit it though "its flash" for any changes you may want, "i dont have a clue how you edit a flash map"
i had to pay for it, so it is of great quality

no its not on any of my sites because i dont know how to edit it
