Bought this last night, still feel faintly 'allergic' to .org.uk's so not sure whether to develop or attempt to sell (havent sold anything before so dont really know what I'm doing!)
Has 9,900 local exacts, £0.61 CPC and medium competition.
Interested in people's feelings on .org.uk's in general? I nearly bought 2 others last night but stopped myself as I have too many domain names now and am still building my first site....The second one I found also had 9,900 exacts and £1.37 CPC and the third one only had 1300 exacts but a CPC of £4.37. Both were in specialist areas where it would be a bit too involved to do an affiliate site but very easy to do an Adsense site in my opinion.
Are these decent enough keyword results to attempt to flip even for £30-£50?
