The websites main keyword is 'freebies uk'. Currently the website is featured 6th on Google, 6th on Yahoo and 4th on MSN for this keyword.

It has been earning, on average, £30 per month on affiliation and adsense and last year in total earnt over £500 ($1,000).

As you will see from the website it hasn't been touched since 2006 so lots of opportunity (blog established but a forum would be great for the site)

The design is not from a CMS system but the listings themselves can be updated through a CMS. It will be easy to enter a freebie to the site and list to each of the sections.

Many thanks for your reply but unfortunately it is to high a price especially as it will take over 8 years based on the current earnings to see a return on my investment.

I can understand based on the figures today but just before I stopped updating last year the website did peak at around £150 per month, before I started concentrating on other projects.

This continued over a year would equal approx. £1,800 .... so could potential run in to profit a little over two years... I think it's this potential that would stop me selling for much less.
