Freelancer type script?

Looking for a freelancer type script I can use out of the box and integrate into a HTML site/template (think freelancer.co.uk as an example).

Any ideas anyone? Happy with paid or free script - recommendations most welcome.

Not looking to use WP/Joomla etc.

I think premiumpress offers something like that.

Have a look at their website, believe it's called agencypress?

Might not be 100% what your after but who knows.
