Alien - How do you find out if a domain has a trademark?

Lastly, i own a domain with CrossFit in the name and one of their lawyers recently chased me - threatening legal action, etc. I've had the site for nearly 2-3 years, and they only decide to after me now - so that's one affiliate site I'll probably be scrapping.......

I'm CrossFit certified (its a fitness thing in case you don't know) and they have hooked up with Reebok recently - so i think they're heavily stamping down on anyone they think is infringing their trademark, etc - so i'd avoid crossfit.org.uk, etc - not worth the hassle.

Hi Jonathan,

Sounds like you may have more of a case to use the phrase though - you'd think the company would welcome people such as yourself using it legitimately.
