I own the domain funky.co.uk and there's a possibility of it going up for sale.

The site's monthly traffic is:

150k+ unique visitors
2 million page impressions

Would anyone have an idea of how much this would be worth? ie. domain and site together?

Depends on the buyer but for a generic non TM such as this I would expect between 20-24 months revenue if the sale was going to be based on revenue multiples which in this case I don't think it will be.

We get a lot of traffic through from google... a very old domain (1996) and gets high for search terms

Agreed! So based on your theory of 12 X monthly rev, with likely low traffic and low PR.. You don't consider it has much resale value?

Yes that's what sites usually sell for, around 12 months of rev on average (for example check out sitepoint auctions).
But of course lots of things to consider.

If the revenue is low and the site has good potential, then it can be more..

I am aware of what revenue's to pay for a site, as I was enquiring as to what the monthly revenue on average of this site is.
