games.org.uk was recently sold for 6,000 at sedo, but this is not .org.uk.

PM offers.

for the record, "gamecubegames" is not a trademark.

this may not be a common household name, but if you look at the search volume it is very significant. you can park or develop it to take advantage of natural traffic via PPC or you could set up a shop selling gamecube products.

it may also be worth mentioning that the keyword "gamecube" itself enjoys 40,500 searches per month according to Google Adwords Keyword Tool - excluding related keywords containing this term, which when combined means thousands more visitors.

BIN: £500

This is already a great bargain. First to post sold, takes it.

Offer good for 24 hours only.

I know this is a sales thread so apologies for the comment, but you make quite a misleading statement. "gamecubegames" may not be a trademark but "gamecube" is a very distinctive trademark and your domain contains it:

Intellectual Property Office - Results

Just because a company hasn't registered trademarks for every possible combination of trademark+words doesn't mean that you're not infringing on their mark.

we're talking about a particular term that has trademark and I mentioned specifically, "gamecubegames" and not "gamecube." but thanks for the heads up.

Nike is a trademark but someone is setting up a very good business out of its own products and even ranks No. 2 on Google without restrictions, for the keyword "nikeshoes." I'm talking about http://www.nikeshoes.com.cn...

So i guess it's just a matter of the trademark owner's perspective whether somebody is "infringing" on their mark or using their product in a bad faith or not.

Indeed, as has been said many times before, just because someone else is getting away with it doesn't mean that you will too. The TM owners perspective could change at any time potentially leaving you without a domain/website or worse.

Not only using the Nike trademark but selling fake chinese goods from it. I'm sure Nike love it.
