Wanted: Domain Appraisal gel2.me

Hi,

What do you think of the domain gel2.me?
With the increasing popularity of dating sites.

Are .me popular? Is having a numerical value which represents a word (2=to) acceptable or does this make it worth $xx rather than $xxx or more?

Date.me is a good domain. Some strong keyword .me have made good sales. Overall, the .me is a weak extension and should be avoided.

Clever use of "2" to mean "to" isn't good for branding, it reduces value.

I understand what you are trying to do by being "clever" with gel2.me, and I tried the same when I started out. I never sold any domains like this. gel2.me is just not a good brand. Your domain is overwhelmingly likely to be unsellable.

yep i'm with accelerator.

Don't attempt to be too contriving with domains. You can be clever with word plays and word matching etc but something like 'gel2.me' is just to far off-the-planet.

Sounds like something you would shout across the changing room after playing a footie match than a dating site (hair gel)
