Agreed it's probably too late to promote this domain through traditional SEO techniques. But this domain could do well through PPC ads, as the domain is keyword rich.

The way google is at the moment it's impossible to get new site caches updated quick enough so that's why the sale is possibly a dead duck.

I've been done, started promoting one thing last month but the product got pulled, I replaced it with something else, am I in the engines at the top yet or will I be soon like I was before with the previous product? will I hell!

We'll see though. Last cache was 9th May, still waiting.
