Probably helps to have high quality domains like gizmo.co.uk, that would never have been a £50 sale

Maybe not £50 but to some people not much more than low/mid £££.

I take a 12 / 36 month view on nearly everything. After that it will start walking the plank (unless it has some other/sentimental value).
