Anyone had experience with this lazy lot? How long do they take to change a tag name. First - and hopefully last time I have to deal with them.

^^ Yeah. Just log into your Nominet Account and get it done in seconds but of course at the cost of £12. Is it free trying to change TAG at through a Registrar?

There is no charge to the registrar to change TAG, however, some registrars will make a charge for doing so, depends on their pricing policy.

They have just done it. So the answer is, with some pestering, a couple of days, or so.

As a general thing, US registrars aren't too hot on .uk transfers - so even mentioning the word "tag" can confuse their support teams who proceed to answer with a pre-defined reply related to unlocking and EPP keys...
