yes, had the same problem....it may stem from the seller...they change part of the domain name contacts....you get the renewal reminder but they keep the account. You click on the link to send password and the email they say they sent the password to isnt yours. You then have a long process transferring the account...by the time the account is in your name the domain name has entered redemption and then its a toss up between paying the ninety odd dollars redemption reversal fee or letting it drop....I let it drop and decided not to buy from the seller again
