Good affiliate marketing books?

Can anyone recommend any good hard copy affiliate books? Pretty futile searching online there's too much spam. I'm looking for something that covers the basics but also goes more in depth...

Escape the Rat Race and
A Practical Guide to Affiliate Marketing

These are two books recommended to me in the past although I didn't get chance to look at them yet!

The other one is a good book but it's more from the merchant/affiliate manager side i.e. someone running an affiliate program rather than being an affiliate.

I know it's not affiliate marketing (but could be fairly useful) purchased an SEO book recently and it was a pretty good read (quite long!):-

linking sections were what I was most interested in however learnt quite a few decent tips in other areas. I'm looking for books on conversion optimisation and am currently reading http://www.wd4roi.com/home.html (a lot shorter)

Read any of Chris Rempels stuff - the Lazy affiliate is very good - very cheesy title, but excellent ideas.

Also maybe Rosalind Gardner.
